Today, on January 25, Princess Charlene of Monaco celebrates her 44th birthday. The Princess is the wife of Prince Albert and the mother of Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella. Princess Charlene was born on January 25, 1978 in Bulawayo. Princess Charlene posted on social media for the first time this year as she reshared a special video made to commemorate her 44th birthday.
Last year, Princess Charlene had been grounded in South Africa from May until November after becoming seriously ill due to an ear, nose and throat infection. Princess Charlene required several surgical procedures to treat the condition and finally returned to Monaco on November 8, 2021. Princess Charlene then started to receive treatment outside the Principality. Her exact condition isn’t known.
It has recently been announced that Princess Charlene can return to Monaco in a few days to attend celebrations for Sainte-Dévote – the Patron Saint of the Principality. The Sainte Devote Day is celebrated each year on January 27 as a national holiday in Monaco.

I saw the video she posted on Instagram. I think many of us are wondering what on earth is going on with her. She has been away from her children for so long. I feel sorry for the children. No matter how privileged they are, they are still children who need their mother.
