Queen Rania of Jordan visited Dar Ne’meh gift shop and café at the Amman Citadel. The shop was established as a result of a project created by The Princess Taghrid Institute for Development and Training (PTI) and it serves as a platform to market local products made by women from all regions of Jordan. Upon arrival at the Citadel, Queen Rania was welcomed by PTI Chairwoman Princess Taghrid Muhammad.

PTI is a local nongovernmental organization founded with the aim of solving the ongoing struggles faced by orphans and abandoned young people after the age of 16. PTI has also recently launched female empowerment initiatives, which provide professional and vocational training and employment opportunities to women in order to strengthen their financial status.

Dar Ne’meh, which means “The House of Bliss,” is a multipurpose facility that includes a gift shop, café, and traditional restaurant offering local food products, handicrafts, and souvenirs made by women from all over Jordan.

  1. Sur la couleur blanche de cette chemise/jupe en jean, j'aurais bien voulu voir une ceinture de couleur camel - Ses escarpins déjà portés contrastent trop avec l'ensemble de sa tenue de par leurs dessins modernes ; est-ce le hasard mais ses boucles d'oreilles en or sont dans le même style ?!

  4. Queen Rania almost always hits it out of the park, to use a baseball metaphor, but, not this time, in my opinion. The denim skirt with back pockets, paired with the Christian Dior shoes, and the voluminous sleeves of the blouse, look out of haphazard to me. I do love her earrings, and her hair and makeup are lovely.
