  1. Absolutely love this look on Camilla, the color is subtle and so flattering. I like how it flows. The purse needs to go……

    1. Quite agree. In the one photograph the lady in waiting is carrying her handbag. Maybe she can make it hide .

  2. DCamilla is still wearing an eastern inspired outfit which suits her so well. She changed the top into a pink one. The shawl on her head make her look very soft. It is funny but the president's wife on the contrary tried to give her red outfit a bit of a western look.

  3. Another outfit Camilla has worn before but looks very good in.
These long flowing pastel tunics suit her very well.

  4. OH, what bliss to be able to walk bare footed on that marble (photos N°7, N°8 et N°9).

    1. deadeggs, You're totally spot on! It must be heaven on earth to be able to walk barefoot on a very slippery floor!

    2. @Royal fan. From my experience with marble, it becomes a "very slippery floor" if liquid is spilt on it e.g. water.
Otherwise, dry and in its natural state, it is not slippery.
The pleasure I find with marble like that is, even outside at 40° or more degrees celcius, marble without the sun on it is cool and refreshing.
The other pleasure I find is that being all dressed up and paddling around with bare feet in a public place, is a rare experience.
Carrie Johnston did it at her wedding but it wasn't marble, it was thick English grass. The wedding was in an English Garden.

  6. Ce style de vêtement déjà porté par Camilla dans des couleurs très douces la flatte à merveille ; costume qui paraît très frais pour Charles mais pas au niveau des chaussures !

  7. Fantastic style for her. Conservative look appropriate for the region and yet soft and comfortable looking.

  8. Another lovely outfit but not sure about the bag--it doesn't seem to match at all.

    1. @Annie M: You are right, that's why the P.A. has to take the bag :)

  10. I have to agree with all the above comments about Camilla, her pink tunic looks fresh, comfortable and stylish and yes she should forget about the straw purse. On the other end, Prince Charles looks very frumpy, he seems to have put on a few pounds, his suit does not fit well anymore, his tailor should take a few tips from Emperor Naruhito and King Felipe of Spain who are always impeccably dressed. While I am at it, he should also get a shorter hair cut.

    1. Of course you are completely entitled to your opinion of Prince Charles' appearance but I would like to point out that he is 75 yrs old and suffers from serious back problems (years of riding have left him with the problem). Perhaps his weight gain is a struggle for him due to his back problems. Also, Naruhito and Felipe are young enough to Charles' sons. His royal contemporary would King Carl Gustav of Sweden.

Camilla looks wonderful like it has been described by almost every one.
I'm afraid Janet I must say MJT has right. It has nothing to do with Prince Charles' age nor with his back pains. The suits he is wearing must be at least 10 years old and are not fitting at all. What will he wear the day he will be king ?

  12. Camilla looks great; pretty in pink and the white trousers finish off the outfit. The Presidents wife looks like the lady who served me in the coffee shop this morning. Prince Charles looks dashing ;no boring dark suits good to see.(Tara)

  13. Camilla looks wonderful in this pale pink and white ensemble! The pale pink is incredibly flattering to Camilla--I love it when she wears this color. The side part she wearing is also a great look for her. Her fashion choices for this trip to the Middle East have been stellar.

  14. @Janet: That's quite a'n interesting theory: "...Years of riding left him with back problems..."? And: Prince Charles, born in 1948, Naruhito, born in 1961. A bit young that the Emperor could be Charles' son, I assume :)

Nethertheless, he is preaching about climate-change, using his own jet...

Camilla is well dressed, soft colours are fine! She should wear Nylons on her feet.
