Hereditary Princess Stephanie of Luxembourg took part in the pre-opening of the exhibition "Post-Capital: Art and the Economics of the Digital Age" at The Contemporary Art Museum of Luxembourg (MUDAM). The exhibition brings together works of sculpture, painting, photography and video that address the nature of production, consumption and wealth, and the ttransformation of the society largely supported by technology. It presents works by twenty-one artists who explore the aesthetics, paradoxes and ethical questions arising from post-industrial age.
Much as I like her, this ensemble seems a bit hit-and-miss to me. The shirt in itself is fine, but maybe not to be paired with dark trousers? I don't know, somehow it's not one of her successes.

حذفAgree with Quakeress and 21:53. She can do much better. On the other hand I understand that Stephanie simply is not much into fashion. And wouldn't it be boring if they all were as perfect as Catherine, Letizia and Mary?

حذفStephanie is a HRH, which jobs and commitment comes first, not a fashion model like CP Mary (with a Mary fan fashion blog) or an influencer. She is a role model with her naturalness to her body.

Julie, she is a person with a public role to play. As such, she must know that whatever she wears creates an image and an impression of the institution she works for. And as one cannot NOT communicate, one cannot NOT leave a first impression. As such, I think it would be in her best interest and that of her institution to dress with a bit more care. That doesn't mean she has to be a clotheshorse (nothing wrong with that, but not everybody is into fashion, and Stephanie clearly isn't), but she should look a bit more...put together and polished, because hers is an institution that certainly wants to look put together and polished, don't you think? If she were the lead singer of a punk band I'd expect her to look a bit edgy and messy, and as she is an princess, I'd expect her tolook a bit more elegant and polished. It's part and parcel of the job, although you can push boundaries a bit (see Charlotte Casiraghi) or keep a lower profile (see Sophie Wessex or Camilla). She's often dressed a tad too frumpily or in a way that makes her look old or not very interesting, and as I like her a lot and think she is an especially kind and radiant soul I would like her to shine dress-wise, too.

ردحذفI really like the idea here - an interesting top with simple black trousers and accessories, but I think the fit is off. The top is pulling across the back which suggests it’s too long and a bit too tight to hang smoothly away from the body. And like other posters, I think a slimmer pair of trousers would be more flattering.
