  2. It´s a good dress - in the right setting. I don´t like it here, on her, for this occasion. I think Sophie needs to go back to sleeker, more fitted and simpler designs.
This dress needs a casual styling. I don´t think it works with heels and purse. Also, the dark panel under the arms is a bit random.

      I agree.

Using my TPO (time, place, occasion) progressive bifocal lenses, I see an opportunity to play either the heels and sleek volume game, or maxi and flats game, but this ensemble is a bit fuzzy in its intentions and expression.

Sophie’s frizure is fine for this engagement, unassuming and appropriate.

There's too much fabric in this dress and it's too long to my taste. Wearing the hair in a diferent way (f.i. updo) would already significantly improve the overall look. Do like the colours in the dress.

  4. She looks really good in my opinion, maybe it's the hair? :)

This is just an OK dress, it has a boho vibe and would be improved by flat sandals. It does have lots of fabric and it overwhelms Sophie’s. The high heels don’t go well with this dress, and her hair is in need of a good haircut. The total look is not horrible, but somewhat unpolished.

This is too much dress. Way too much dress. Sophie looks best in knee length skirts and dresses. I wonder why she thinks this length looks good, especially with these shoes. Design wise, this dress has so much going on. They have thrown every idea they had at the wall to see what would stick, and worked all those ideas into the design. It has a smocked waist, the sporty side stripe, a dipped hem, three tiers, and a removable neck tie! All it is missing is a battery pack to light up the flowers. I like her hair down, but feel she needs a style. ~d

  7. I like the dress overall, I just feel it looks a little large on her. It definitely is a tad too long. But her hair looks fantastic.

  9. Her dress needs to be slightly shorter, for this occasion.
Her hair looks lovely a little lighter on her.

  10. I like the dress--but I think it was stretch to make it more formal. Its casual--the dress heels don't fit the boho vibe of the dress. I agree with other comments that the dress is wearing Sophie--its a bit much for her small frame--too much fabric, frills, and pattern. She looks fabulous when she wears more tailored clothes. She looks lovely because blue is a great color for her but just feel this would be a better choice for something like a school visit where she could style it in a more casual manner. Her hair is pretty--but I like a bit neater style for her. I think her beautiful bone structure is highlighted when she wears her hair in a half up/half down, a ponytail, etc.

  11. The Countess looks really great in this bright dress. Of course, it's too long, for some reason very long skirts have become her thing, but the colour is great and her shoes are lovely. Her hair is really nicely styled today and I think she looks superb and much younger than she actually is.

The Countess seems to do a lot of good work, thus I hesitate to criticize. But these long floral overwhelming dresses she has an affinity for these last few years do not flatter her in any way. Should not wear pastel blue shoes in September. Navy would have been better. I go back about 5 years and review her style.. It was impeccable. I do not know what has happened to cause such a negative change.
