Nice to see Princess Sofia. Not sure about her make-up and blush but her dress is very nice, what we can see of it. It looks great on the model.

  2. nah, not convinced. The fabric looks very upholstery. The colours are meh, the cut is uninspired, the shoulder pads are superfluous.
Sofia looks good despite the dress, not because of it.

    1. Love the phrase "the fabric is very upholstery"--what a perfect description of a number of dresses we've seen this summer. Agree that Sofia looks great anyway.

  3. Au premier abord, il semble qu'elle a une belle silhouette même si je n'aime pas trop les teintes de son imprimé ; dans une couleur plus vive comme du rouge, elle serait superbe ; toujours une magnifique chevelure aux ravissants reflets !

Sofia needs a bigger size, you can see how tight it is across the bust & the look of the shoulders is way off & looks silly compared to the more relaxed look on the model. I like how the dress looks on the model. ~Laurel~

  5. Well, this is certainly not her best look. I kind of feel bad saying that since she just had a baby, but everything about this is off (except her hair, which looks great). That dress looks like an old, heavy curtain that was made into a too small dress. Her makeup is absolutely not flattering. And those earrings are distracting, to say the least.

Caught in the cross hairs on this one; Too tight, fit ok, blah print, print pretty, earrings, just one, or is another hidden under the hair. Makeup, not her usual, thought different, not quite accepting of it as it ages her somehow. Don't know about the length, as we have no photo of shoes/or length of dress on Sophie.

Chairs in the background; stunningly beautiful blue with gold accent. jj

  7. Surprising outfit for her, but it works

  8. Try as I might, I just can't find something positive to say about this dress.
Too much fabric smothering the body, busy print, shoulder pads etc.
However, if it had a full length skirt (to the ankles) and a few discrete trimmings, it could be easily adapted for evening wear.

    Not Princess Sofia's best ''dress-day'.'
It is a boring dress and not very suitable to Sofia, but the combi of the dress plus that shawl on the
model photo …… Oh my God, what a mistake of mix, imo !

The fitting of the upper part of the dress doesn't look good (not only on the princess, but also on the model). Do like the print, however; would be great for a shirt combined with a white skirt.

  13. Okay, I guess. I think they try to entertain a lot of styles, lest they be pegged in only wearing one type of thing. I don't blame them. If I wore this, my Mom would give me the eye! Same with all the prairie dresses. But, she manages to make it look good . I do hope there's another earring hidden behind her hair and not a one-earring trend like a certain sister-in-law's little boots.

Love this look!! It might be a little tight, especially if she is still breastfeeding. But eventually it will look nice on her. Love the color. I am so ready for fall so this is appealing to me. Marie

She looks lovely. Can't believe she just had a baby at the end of March. Whatever she is doing suits her very well. Three beautiful boys and a handsome husband. She is a lucky woman!!!! Chloe

I am sure she is still breastfeeding or maybe she has just stopped. Her baby is not even close to a year old. She looks good here. If she looks rested it is a win. Ha! Imagine having three under five years old. Davina
