  1. Someone can tell me why we never see her husband at official events?

They split their royal duties so that they can do twice as much patronages and appearances. He is also very busy if you care to follow other Royal blogs as many of us do. This blog is a fashion blog so only focused on the women.
The only events they usually appear together are national events. Same with the Dutch Royals.

Because this a fashion blog and generally men’s fashion doesn’t have a great audience. You can check all the official engagements if you are so inclined on the Danish Royal House website.
Furthermore, most Royal couples have separate agendas.

    4. Yes ok, i know that this blog is a fashion blog, but Mary is the only one who appears alone almost in all the pictures... The royals shown on this site are very often with their partners, even if fashion comments are made mainly on ladies...

  2. Not mad about that low bun hairstyle with the wisps on Princess Mary. I am not crazy about that red hair colour either. If she has to tie her hair up after three days of constantly having to be on show and no time for a fresh blow dry I can think of prettier ways to do it. I would love to see her with her own hair colour and the greying streaks like Letitia's hair. I think uncoloured hair just looks less like straw and more sleek usually.

    1. Red hair colour? You must be seeing red. I don't care for the low bun either, and a CP should always have time to get her hair done.
It's not like she has to do all the cooking and cleaning at home!
And I would not recommend grey hair either on a woman Marys Age.
The dress ist to much red for me, high necked and long sleeves, just too much.

I am afraid I can't see the red hair either. As for grey hair, it is aging, especially on a younger woman. I will never like it on women Mary's or Leticia's ages. @nalerina You may be one of the lucky ones, but grey hair has a tendency to grow in coarse and the varying shades of grey are not always attractive. As for Mary's low bun, it may not be her best style, but I applaud the effort. I would hate to see her become a member of the "same hairstyle for decades" club. That would be far worse. ~d

    3. My excuses Marlee mahogany coloured then. Grey hair is not a crime look at how gorgeous Letitia looks Mary is just as elegant the grey streaks would suit her.

    4. I like Mary's dress and hair, why not, as occasional welcome variation. About grey hair I wouldn't like it for her particularly, and neither in general.
So I read here Letizia is going grey ? I don't think we can put it that way; to me you can sometimes see some streaks and on other occasions honestly I don't see them. She is probably using rinse-off light color products; the result is more perceivable on some days than on others, which can be seen as a good compromise at least for a certain period of time.
Thanks to Tulipe for explaining about the earrings.

Another royal who looks stunning in red.
I agree that her hair could have been better arranged.

  7. Mary looks very elegant in her outfit.
However when she wears her hair over her ears it makes her look older, she did that for one royal wedding in the long mauve dress and had the same effect.
Mary has a beautiful neck, she should show it off, behind the ears would have been perfect. It pulls her face down too much.
The dress and those beautiful shoes, I love.

Totally agree: everything lovely except the hair over the ears, a pity.

Very Lady-like look and once again CP Mary 'winterly' dressed this sunmer.
No events for her to wear them in winter and early springtime due to the covid-19 lockdown ?
Lovely colour and CL - stilettos.

    1. Please explain WHAT SUMMER? It has been pretty "winterly" around here this summer in the Netherlands and Denmark is even further north while southern climes have been experiencing huge heat waves. It is only 19 degrees here today and it has been like this for weeks. Anyway I don't see why a long sleeved dress makes it only for winter and red is stunning all year round.

CP Mary has appeared in high-necked and with long sleeves at all events, also indoors at Amalienborg all summer and it has been a hotest summer in the Nordics in years ❗
Indeed, nothing wrong just my opinion.
But it is not comme il faut to have another about CP Mary . 😇

Hottest summer in the Nordics in years? That’s not true. The weather here in Norway has been quite stable this summer, but try 2018…THAT was the hottest summer in years. This summer is nothing compared to that.

It’s just a little too much red. Grey, navy or cream shoes would have softened the look. For me it’s too harsh overall - and it takes away from the elegance of the dress.
