Princess Eleonore..precious! Queen Mathilde, much better dress. They both look beautiful.

  2. What a lovely visit to make. Love Princess Eleonore's dress again but while the colours in the Queen's dress are great, it's not as flattering as the one she wore earlier. I love the colour of the shoes but not entirely convinced that they are flattering for the Queen.

  3. Everyone looks wonderful--Mathilde looks great and really like her dress! I love Eleonore's dress--again, totally age perfect as well as very pretty. The young princes are growing up so fast--they are so handome in their suits, just like their father. By the way, if I was Mathilde , I would be looking at Eleonore's shoes with great envy and longing--those are some sky-high heels Mathilde is wearing!

Again, Princess Eleanore for the win, though I also agree that Mathilde looks quite nice in this dress. The top part resembles a bustier, but it looks quite interesting with the softer fabric leading to a lovely neckline.

  6. Eleonore looks fantastic, love this dress on her. I also like Mathilde's dress, the bright colors look good on her, but im not sure about the shoes. The men all look quite handsome in their suits. Well done!

  8. The ladies are lovely dressed, but I really dislike Mathilde's shoes.

  9. As nice as the dress and shoes may be. I am sorry this is just not for Queen Mathilde. She looks like mutton dressed as lamb. That is happening a lot lately. It is just not for her. She simply just looks much better in sleek tailored garnets. Once again the sleeves are too tight just above the elbows and it is pulling across the bust. It looks ok from the front when she is standing with her arms down. I suspect a Natan where they do not seem to know that Queens actually wave, bend down to speak to children and persons in wheel chairs and sometimes even kneel to get level with whom they are interacting with. The clothes should be able to take this kind of life and still look good.

    1. In my view you are too demanding, Nalerina. If she were taking all your suggestions into account, she would always dress like Camilla and it would get boring. Mathilde is 20 years younger than Camilla. Nothing is perfect in our world. As said earlier her shoes are not to my taste.

To Nalerina. The designer of Queen Mathilde's dress is Esmeralda Ammoun. Mathilde is looking good in this dress and her Armani shoes are special but not bad, they make me think of Roman sandals. MJ

    3. Offfffh@Nalerina.
A long shopping list for the Queen to be perfect.
Maybe a Moo Moo ( muumuu) would do the trick.

What a lovely and caring family they are ! I love the third photo of Mathilde. I do believe like many women her body shape is changing, and she is adapting her clothing with the changes. She always looks better in simple classic cuts/lines. Ana

Again so very stylish and elegant, the princess as well as the Queen. I don't know if this is another Natan dress, but Mathilde knows how to select the right clothing in Natan's collection. And again not a belt on that dress which is so much better

  13. I like Eleonore's dress very much and also the Queen's dress, what I do not like are the Queen's shoes, they are much too high and seem uncomfortable and cut off her legs. I don't understand why some royals still seem to think they have to walk around in stilettos, later on they will have a lot of knee and back issues, I'm afraid.

    1. Reason is simple--they look smart, as long as they're not too high to walk in comfortably. According to my podiatrist, while she's not a fan of very high heels, the worst shoes for your feet are ballerina flats!

Compassionate family; Everyone looks well dressed, though the Queen's shoes need to find a recycle bin as quickly as possible. ewe.
