On June 18, 2021, The Duchess of Cambridge took part in a round table discussion at the London School of Economics (LSE) in London which marked the launch of The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood. The roundtable was attended by The Duchess alongside leading academics and practitioners from the UK and beyond, including LSE’s Professor Martin Knapp. The Duchess wore a new stretch-crepe shift dress by L.K.Bennett.
The Duchess of Cambridge has launched her own Centre for Early Childhood, to raise awareness of the importance of early years. The report and roundtable discussion at LSE will be used to help guide and support The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood in its future activities around early years.

The Duchess looks lovely. Her sapphire earrings, ring and (tiny) necklace pendant are perfect with this lilac dress. And, of course, her smile is gorgeous. I love her colorful umbrella.

ردحذفThis is a lovely dress in its own right and Catherine looks ok in it, but as I commented when she wore the red dress with Jill Biden, I repeat that comment here again that these dresses would look better if she wasn't so lean, especially for a style like this one that exposes a lot of the body (even though she uses her long hair to cover up very well).
ردحذفI also would have liked something to add some focus...a contrasting colour, or a larger piece of jewellery or a darker shoe. Everything looks very bland and washed out. Pity, because Catherine is a beautiful woman who can look stunning with very little, or without having to try very hard.

Beautiful dress and accessories! So simple yet colorful and well fitting. I would love to have her lean figure so I could wear most anything and look so great. Such a good cause she is working on...many years in the making.

ردحذفFor me this is perfect, a beautiful dress for a naturally slender woman, in my eyes much better than the red one with that big belt she wore with Ms Biden. In my eyes, there is nothing that should be better hidden than exposed. The subdued colour und filigrane jewellery are good choices for this type of occasion where she is together with other women. Standing alone on a platform and christening a ship would be something different :-) (-Ann.)
ردحذفLovely dress--the sweetheart neckline is beautiful! The Duchess looks elegant yet ready for business concerning her new initiative. Her choice of jewelry was also on point--smaller, simpler pieces for a daytime meeting. I also loved her umbrella! Yet again, Catherine hits it out of the park with her fashion choices and sense.
