  1. Cette robe jaune fleurie de bleu va à merveille à la Reine -et toujours ses petites boucles d'oreilles et collier de perles !

  2. So pretty!!! Love HM in bright yellow (and I am not really a yellow fan)--and this frock with the blue flowers is one of my favorites in her summer florals wardrobe. I also believe I see her Australian Wattle brooch--she is wonderful at pairing her brooches for an event so not at all surprised if she is indeed wearing a gift from Australia. I also think she is glad to be back at work--its probably a good thing for her to resume what's normal.

    1. Janet, great comments! I have loved these bright florals on her the last few days. This yellow is so cheerful, looks like summertime in dress form. I think yellow is a very hard color to wear, and she looks great in it.

The yellow and blue print looks very nice on the Queen. Funny, but it gives me a little bit of a 'provençal' feel to it.
She's been very gracious to host these short private visits with some Commonwealth leaders while they've been attending the G7 summit. I'm sure they too appreciate the opportunity to meet with her in light of recent events.

What a pretty, colourful dress on the Queen. I wish we could see the brooch she’s chosen, but it has blended too well against the pattern. (V.M.)

Lovely colour dress; Her Majesty has chosen a beautiful array of summery dresses this year. What an amazing woman. Scott Morrison would have brought her news from the colony; as an Australian who respects the fact that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth is Queen of Australia (Tara)

V.M., The brooch is a yellow and bright diamond brooch of wattle, given to the Queen from the Australian government I think on her first visit to Australia as the Queen. It is stunning, and the golden wattle is the national floral emblem of Australia. It is very thoughtful of her, as is typical of her, to wear it to meet with Scott Morrison. You will find pics of the amazing brooch, if you google. e.g. 'the Queen wattle brooch'. It is my favourite of all her brooches by far, and it is just stunning. - Ellie
