Princess Madeleine took part in a digital meeting with Gävleborg County Governor Per Bill. County councilor Veronica Lauritzsen also participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the Princess found out about what happened in Hälsingland and Gästrikland during the pandemic. The princess received information about how the children in the county were affected during the pandemic.
During the meeting, Princess Madeleine also expressed a hope of being able to visit Hälsingland and Gästrikland again in the near future. Princess Madeleine is the Duchess of Hälsingland and Gästrikland.
