On April 27, 2021, Queen Letizia of Spain attended a working meeting with 'FundeuRAE' Foundation at the headquarters of RAE (Royal Academy of the Language) in Madrid. The FundéuRAE is a non-profit organization founded in February 2005. The main responsibility of the Foundation is to maintain the unity and 'purity' of the Spanish language. (The Queen wore a new checked waterproof raincoat from Mirto).

Not one of the Queen's better outfits. Don't like the trousers which are too like leggings to be smart. I know gingham style checks are in vogue this year but not really a great fan of the coat either.
ردحذفAbsolutely love this raincoat, the fit is perfect in length and tailoring. Superb combination with the clean top, trendy pants and vavavoom shoes.

@Mary Letizia is a master at cycling through her closet. She wears a lot of separates, which is smart, because she is able to mix and match to make new outfits. When she rewears dresses, she will very often switch up the color of her accessories to give a new look to an old piece. Since she remains the same size, her clothes last her a long time. She also has a lot of classic pieces, making sure they will have a long life. CB is correct about her not having added to her wardrobe in the past year. ~d
