Crown Princess Kiko participated in the online Tuberculosis Prevention Conference

On March 3, 2021, Crown Princess Kiko participated in the online 72nd Japanese National Tuberculosis Prevention Conference with a video message. In her video message, the Crown Princess said: "We will all try to gain correct knowledge about infectious diseases including tuberculosis, deepen our understanding, and take appropriate actions with compassion."

      Yes, it looks like she has fallen into that trap so many royal women fall into of keeping their hair the same style for the rest of their lives.

      We don't hear too much about TB these days, living where there are relatively few cases. It was eye-opening to me to see just how prevalent it still is in other parts of the world and the number of deaths yearly. Fantastic job, Kiko! ~d
