Today, Queen Letizia had two engagements at Zarzuela Palace. The Queen first received representatives of the Mental Health Confederation of Spain, an entity with which she has been in contact for several years, to learn about the work of this state entity and give visibility to its purpose of promoting caring for the mental health of all citizens. The Mental Health Confederation of Spain (SME) is a non-profit and social interest organization founded in 1983.

The Queen then received representatives of the ELA Spain. ELA (European Leukodystrophy Association) supports patients and families diagnosed with all forms of leukodystrophy. Over the last twenty years, ELA has funded 414 research programs and raised more than 30 million euros. Originally founded in France, ELA now has affiliated programs all over Europe.

  1. Queen Letizia looks very good in business casual dress. I like that she wore her jacket buttoned, which paired well with her black top and pants (and shoes).

I agree about her jacket. It is a personal preference, but I usually like double breasted jackets buttoned due to the added volume.

  9. There´s nothing wrong with this outfit, but it is just very bland, I think. Rather drab in colour, non-descript in style, and therefore somehow boring.
