Queen Mathilde visited Le Toboggan Asbl in Mons, an institution working to help young girls in difficulty, placed by youth assistance services. The Queen spoke with supervisors and managers of the institution, as well as with the adolescents. The Queen also received information about the "Marsipulama" project that takes care of teenage mothers in difficulty, and also met with young people who are preparing for an autonomous life once they reach the age of majority.

The pandemic and the corona measures have had a major impact on the functioning of the institution and thus also on the lives of these young people. Le Toboggan accommodates fifteen people, including thirteen teenage girls of at least fourteen years of age requiring special and specialized help following aggressive or violent behavior or serious psychological problems. The other two are adolescent mothers or future mothers of at least sixteen years of age, as well as their babies or young children.

The third checker outfit of the day (Kate, Letizia, Mathilde) - 3 out of 3, it must be a record of its sorts ;-) I like the colour combination, each of the colours separately is difficult to pair but together they sing in perfect harmony. And I will stop here.... She remains a beautiful woman and a compassionate soul though. Much respect.

I think Queen Mathilde should hand out sunglasses to people she's visiting before stepping out of the car. I guess it's a cheerful outfit, but personally I don't care for neon green in any article of clothing.

Always spotless dressed and lovely in her contacts

I like the colors in the suit and top. They are interesting and complimentary. I struggle with Mathilde in pants. She has such long legs and so little torso, the proportions look strange. If she wore the top untucked and got rid of the belt, I think it would help her outfit. Her jacket looks like it is too tight in the arms, and I think it would look better if it was longer, giving the allusion that her torso was longer.

    2. I am the same way, all legs. So I always wear my top untucked from my pants.
