  3. Mathilde is my favorite royal. But this fashion choice is not entirely successful. The blouse is nice, but does not match the skirt. I think she should do something about the hairstyle. It's a little unti

  4. Pants are just not Mathilde's best look, but I do like the combination if the fabrics of the blouse and pants.

    1. Anon 11:03pm - The two patterns battle against each other. I do love the color and pattern of the blouse. ~Laurel~

    2. The blouse is a lovely color, however the pattern of the blouse and the checks of the pants do not go well. A dark gray plain colored pant would have been better.

  10. Mathilde has relatively long legs and a short upper body. In the past few years she has gained some weight, especially around the hips. By wearing this model of trousers, this is emphasized.
But the colours are nice, and her smile is lovely.

  11. Am curious, so her legs are long, her body is short, what should she do, wear shapeless clothing? I think she does exceedingly well for her body shapy and given that everyone has an opinion.

    2. Can't see anywhere where it has been suggested she wear shapeless clothing.

However, this style of fitting isn't the most flattering for some people commenting here. I happen to agree - I don't think the blouse (which is lovely) tucked into these mumsy shaped trousers does anything for her. Which has nothing to do with the kind of person she is.

  13. Love the blouse. Beautiful colour and nice style. However , it is nit flattering tucked into the trousers and not sure about the pattern on the trousers anyway. Have seen better outfits.
