A rare no for Laetizia: I hate those trousers that open near the feet and the jacket is a bit sought for.

One of those bizarre things known as a typo - you know, a mistake that human beings make from time to time.

I agree this isn't her best look. The split trousers are better for evening and she needed a necklace.

  3. I think Letitia and Maxima have telephoned each other and decided this is The Spanish ladies red from head to toe month. In Letitias version I do not see the point of the split in the trouser bottoms. I find it rather distracting and actually spoiling the general sleek effect. Her trousers are also too long they are dusting the floor.

    1. Maxima is Argentinian from Argentina.
"The Spanish" ladies? It is as you said that someone from New York is British...

    2. La ignorancia es atrevida. Ni siquiera sabe escribir el nombre de Letizia, como para conocer la nacionalidad de Máxima, jaja.

Angie - and again, that strange thing called a mistake. Committed by humans. Bit like assuming that the poster who "doesn't know how to spell Letizia" is the same person as this poster.

  4. Here is another monochrome red outfit very nicely worn by Qn Letizia, already seen before. As a whole personally I prefer this outfit, more classy in my view, rather than the one of Qn Maxima, worn yesterday. We can see the difference in personalities between the two queens, I don't want to express any judgement about that, since they both do quite a good job for their respective country.

Can Queen Máxima pls pay a visit to Queen Letizia and discuss how to dress flamboyante and at the same time simple and elegant. Compare this perfect suit with the red ensemble that Máxima was wearing this week.

One of my all time favorite outfits of Queen Letizia. She looks great in red and the design and cut of the jacket and pants are superb! Her long, dark hair is looking healthy and radiant.

  7. Gorgeous, lovely, red trouser suit.--like other posters, I'm not a great fan of the split trouser leg but it's so much better than the half mast trousers that I can live with it. Bag and shoes are impressive but I wonder if the whole look would be better with a contrasting blouse--perhaps in cream or black?.. In any event it's still a winner in my view.

It was a great look until I spotted the split trouser leg.

  10. She looks so amazing in red. Just a small personal preference, I don't care for the split at the hem, but because she looks gorgeous, I will let it go. Monochromatic is the way to go with this suit, it packs a punch with staying classy.

  11. I am so glad to see this divine suit again, the very original jacket with an under lapel that gives the impression of a blouse is very original as is the split on the pants, in my opinion these 2 details make this suit one of a kind, and the queen's perfect posture enhances the silhouette.
I know that COVID is still a huge concern in Spain and perhaps Letizia's is being sensible and respectful but I really would like yo see her hair trimmed a little bit.

This is a gorgeous suit. The details make this go from good to fantastic. I want to address a few things mentioned above. First is the split in the pants. From trousers to jeans, they have been showing splits and slits on the outer seams and on the front and in the back of the lower legs for the past few years. This is really nothing new or too unusual. The second thing I want to address is that the length of her trousers is just right. They need to be as long as possible due to the slit. Her clothes are always well tailored, and these pants are no exception. The split has been shortened, so the length will have been adjusted at the same time. This suit is an example of what that makes Letizia so fabulous. She knows how to dress and does not shy away from trends.

Too much red again, yet I like it a lot on Letizia.
The bag it to die for!
