  1. I think there is a disbalance between the wide jacket and the very narrow trousers.
The dark suit in combination with bare feet: no.

    1. What do you suggest she wear instead of these pumps? I am curious because I like the shoes with the suit. I also prefer a bare foot in these shoes.

    2. Any 4.47, I agree .

  2. A very classic look for the Queen - which, as ever, she carries off with aplomb.

  3. Not a fan of this look. The jacket is so long it's almost comical. I think it could have worked better if she had left it unbuttoned, like the model. That way you could see where the trousers end and her legs would not have been so terribly cut off.

  4. Once again, its not a new look, but it's a look that IMO suits her very well! Its a formal meeting so she looks like any other person, polish, formal and on her case also very elegant

  5. Suit a bit over-sized as well, it seems unavoidable right now.

  6. She just does suiting so well. Love that the blouse has some detail.

  8. I like the idea of the suit, but think it is too big. I think the fit of the jacket is better on the model. The pants are too long, bunching up on the leg instead of hanging nicely. Either long or ankle length would look good to me, just not puddling on the shoes.

  9. Anonymous @ 4:47, what do you mean bare foot ? She is wearing shoes ! Do you mean that she may not be wearing pantyhose or socks ?
Well, that is hard to determine by the photos, but I hope she isn’t , welcome 21st century where women aren’t forced to wear nylons... I truly like this suit, miles away from those boxy ones that other Royals have been wearing lately . I would have worn a different blouse, but regardless she looks chic, elegant and smart.

  10. This is a miss for me. The fit on the model is superb but Letizia's suit is ill-fitting. It's big in the arms and even more so in the legs.

  11. I think this nice suit would work better with slightly shorter pants, in a way that the pants would fall exactly straight.
