Yes, Tulipe33, the Emperor's hair is combed back a little, not straight down. It does make a difference. Combing it straight down is not flattering at all. At first glance I thought something had changed with the Crown Prince. Then I realized I could not see his mustache due to his mask. I like him better without it. Masako is aging so well. Her skin is beautiful. I do think her brows could be done in a more natural way, but that is such a little thing. As usual, she is impeccably dressed, though very reserved.

I'm not an expert in cosmetics surgery or body modifications. Is it just me? empress masako's eyebrows seems to be tattooed. Can't see any hair

I think they are just filled in heavily, either with a pencil or a powder. I can't see Masako getting any permanent makeup done. These ladies don't even pierce their ears. There are techniques of doing the brows that look like individual hair, without tattooing or microblading. It would look more natural if the person doing her makeup explored those options.

  4. Empress Masako looks very elegant in this gorgeous jacket. I love Pss Kako's lovely blue suit, the colour is very becoming. Combined with single strand of pearls, perfect.

Princess Kako's video message was a sign language speech. You can see it on youtube.
