    Dear Victoria,
Please ask for advice for your hair.
It looks so tight, cannot feel good.
    With love,
    J.

With love, can You leave her hair alone. She likes it in that way and it's her decision. I'm sure it does not feel bad. But I prefere blouses in different color than the jacket.

  2. La couleur bleu du tailleur/pantalon comme le haut est très flatteuse pour Victoria ; beaucoup mieux que la couleur bleu-marine. J'aimerais bien la revoir avec les cheveux lâchés !

She really does like to wear these monochromatic outfits. I think it can work if both the suit and the blouse are modern and minimalist and properly accessorized, especially given her severe hair style. I just don't care for either of these. She looks too old and conservative in the light blue, and the sleeves of the jacket look too big. The blouse she is wearing under the dark blue jacket, while more youthful, is a mismatch for that suit. She can do so much better. We know she doesn't have many shoes, so it is a sure bet she is wearing her blue booties with the dark blue suit. There is no doubt she can do her job. She does not need to dress this way in order to have people take her seriously.

  4. I think she looks good in the light blue suit, it is flattering for her skin tone. The monochromatic look works for that suit, looks better than the darker suit (in my opinion). As for her hair, I understand why she wears it back (especially while working), I always have mine back too :)
It presents as neat and tidy, and she doesn't have to fuss with it. She has more important things to do than mess with her hair, especially in her face.
