The jacket is great and her hair and mask work well.
I think the belted dress makes her look a bit thick through the mid section

Yes, such a brave girl and how proud her parents look!
      A beautiful family indeed.
As to the Queen's dress, I like it, but I am on the fence about the head band.

How lovely is this family? My favourite royals!

Mathilde (like most people) looks great in red - and this shade is so appropriate for the season. And the children have all grown up so quickly!

    As always a welldressed family.
The red combination, dress and short jacket, from the Queen is very good.
    The colour outstanding.

  7. This is monochrome and a headband done right! Everything is so beautifully fitted and since the color is already bold, the textural and pattern mixing and embellishments are kept to a minimum. I don't say this often but Natan hit it out of the park! Personally, I wish the mohair jacket was a coat. The material is so warm and luxurious it would be marvelous to have more of it.

Princess Elizabeth projects confidence in her uniform. That's not an easy thing to do as a young woman pared down to her core!

Princess Elearnore also looks great! The cut of her dress is age appropriate but also ageless. I can envision Beatrice Borromeo or the Duchess of Cornwall wearing it as well.

Lovely all around! The boys are getting so tall.

    1. Agree on all points! Mathilde looks superb. Imo the success of this monochrome outfit -- of any monochrome outfit, I guess -- is partly due to the color being rather muted. And I think this hat is really lovely on Mathilde.

  10. IL faut voir le regard admiratif et affectueux du roi Philippe regardant sa fille, c'est mignon. Très sympathique famille, et la reine Mathilde est très belle et très chic tout en rouge.

Everyone looks excellent, I especially like Eleanore's dress
But isn't Paola's mask too small for her face?

    1. I thought that as well. I'm suspecting that it's actually being worn upside down. The bottom portion is wider than the top whereas with most face masks it's the opposite. In this way her face mask looks less like a face mask and more like a muzzle, which is unfortunate.

  12. This has been an amazing week for someone like me who adores bright colours, especially red. Now just need to see Victoria, Mary, Mette-Marit and Catherine in bright red outfits to make my joy complete. Like the Queen’s outfit very much but think a longer jacket would have been more flattering. Love shoes, gloves and mask. Great that Elisabeth’s Grandparents were there as well as her parents and siblings.
