    1. I was thinking just the same! The dress is just ok, maybe the shoes deserve a plus...
Thanks to anonymous 9:11 for pointing out that the hearings are horrible, and I agree with the rest of the sentence.

She has a healthy head of hair. If the dark roots bother you, all blondes have darker hair at the root. Too much root? Some women have their hair done that way deliberately. She is probably just ready for a touch up. I would rather have her hair than Maxima’s.

      Sorry to say i agree.
It looks like it was styled with a weed wacker.

Horrible earings but such lovely lady. Dignity, smile, classy. Good job, princess Laurentien

  5. Princess Laurentien is looking good and tidy (the hair was styled in the beginning).

I like her dress. Great shoes. Her necklace gets lost against the pattern of the dress, a contrasting color would have popped more. Her hair is well styled but I’m not a fan of the cut.

Love the dress and accessories including earrings. I think her hair looks fine - no comparison with Maxima's for me.

  8. Great to see Princess Laurentien again. Given some of her more unusual fashion choices, this outfit is pretty restrained. Like the dress, though it would be better if several inches shorter and the shoes are nice. Don’t see why her hair is being criticised. Looks okay to me.

    1. Agreed, nice to see her again. This Princess has a special "fun" personality. For this reason, she is one of my favourite Princess.
Pity we don't see more of her on NewMy Royals.
And yes, as AnnieM said "given her more unusual fashion choices, this outfit is pretty restrained".
More often than not, she is OTT (over-the -top) with her outfits.

  10. I like Laurentien a lot, but sorry, I don' like this dress.
Too much fabric, too much floating, too much width.
    Just a too much.
    Accessories do not work either.
    IMO
