Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited the ECMO Center at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna. ECMO (Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) is a modified heart-lung machine. Many major health organisations recommend the use of ECMO support for COVID-19-related acute hypoxaemic respiratory failure. The Crown Princess wore a pink suit by Rodebjer and silk blouse by the same brand.

I have two small problems with this arrangement. First, the pants are a bit too tight over the knee and this does not go well with the rest under the knee. I like loosely cut pants (I am sure this is not the correct expression but I don't remember any other just now). Second, I would have preferred an absolutely non-frilly collarless shirt (maybe in another color). Lapel on the jacket and frilly blouse is too much. --
But I like something most ladies here don't: her simple hairstyle. She has a nice forehead, very good hairline with full hair behind it, and beautiful natural brows - so she allows herself a "no fuss" attitude to her hair. Same applies to her everyday makeup. (-Ann.)

The blouse and jacket are a good combination, nice colour for V.
Not so sure about the form of the trousers.

The closeup of her hair has really emphasized the problem with the hair on her neck. It really should be cleaned up. It looks terrible. I am sorry to see the severe bun back, I was enjoying the ponytail. I still await the day we see her hair worn down. A heated brush would tame her hair nicely.

She has quite a few suits which should not make the rotation too frequently because of their memorable look. I usually enjoy seeing the occasional outfits that give us a big pop of color or a punch of pattern like a plaid suit. I feel like that it is all we are seeing lately. More simple outfits with one exciting piece would make a better impact than entire suits of Pepto pink or large plaid several times a month. I like that she rewears her clothes, but we have seen quite a bit of this pink suit. It is hard to successfully wear a suit like this so many times, when a neutral suit in a classic cut can be styled in dozens of ways and look fresh each time if styled well. She is the perfect candidate for a wardrobe of separates. Victoria is just fabulous, and very focused so on her work. Fashion really is not on the top of her list.

  6. I think the problem with the suit is that the jacket is boxy and not very well tailored, this style does nothing for anybody's figure. I like monochromatic outfits, but the pink on pink doesn't work here. You can't emphasize enough the elegance of well tailored pantsuit in basically any color with the right complements.
I don't dislike her hair, it could be improved for sure, but it is part of her persona and to me she looks fine.

I love Victoria's approach to hairstyles, she keeps it simple, clean lines, and varies it when the occasion warrants. She looks good no matter how she chooses to keep her hair. The suit, not a fan of this shade of pink. The pink sweater a few days ago was beautiful, this jacket/pants outfit color, not so good. The blouse could have had a taller, simpler neckline which would have made the outfit flow, top to bottom. PS: I love that she leaves her neckline as it is naturally, shows wisps, tendrils, small waves of her natural hair that should be left as is.

Victoria looks great in this shade of pink. I like the suit and blouse worn separately, together it's a little too much pink for me. I wish the pants were slightly more tapered. Great earrings.

I quite like the suit and agree, the hair on her neck should be cleaned up. Secondly she is looking good anyway, but the trouser can be a size bigger. All in all she looks quite well.

  10. This suit is nice, but not keen on the pants shape. Another colour top underneath would look great, to break it up a bit. Lovely shade of colour with regards to her handbag.

Does anyone have an idea where those earrings are from, very beautiful. Any idea of the brand?

@Lisa Nilsson, you know that “ Sant Lauent” just like any company contributes to jobs in the world, from manufacturing/delivery/to store sales, so some people can make a living.
Of course one can buy a handbag made in China in a flea market.....
I think we all have our priorities about how to spend money, but your comment reads oh so judgmental.

Which was how I took it Lisa Nilsson. Some people see criticism and cynicism where none was intended.

  13. I read the comment from Lisa Nilsson as interesting information.
Don't see where the cynicism is.

  14. I like the colour on her.
I think the suit fits her really nicely around shoulders and sleeves, but unfortunately not anywhere else. The jacket´s too long, I agree with Cherry blossom that it looks boxy, and I agree with Ann that the trousers are too tight around the thighs. The width of the legs is fine further down but the legs are too short imo.
I also agree with Ann´s comment that a contrasting simple collarless top had been a much better pairing with the suit than that frilly blouse.
The frilly blouse isn´t bad, it´s actually quite pretty and would look fantastic with simple but sharp trousers or pencil skirts, ideally black, white or burgundy.
