  3. I wish Victoria would keep her hair down. Her face looks too severe when she pulls it back

    1. Agree! And I think that she would be more beautiful in shorter hair.

  4. Not her most flattering dress I find and OH how I hate uneven hemlines, It is as if the makers are using it as an design excuse to get away with the expense and time consuming task of getting a flared bias hem level.

    1. I don't hate uneven hemlines, but the trend is likely vanish sooner or later...

  5. I love that her hair is never a distraction. Always tidy and unfussy but stunning for galas.

  6. I have an idea that Victoria's hair misbehaves very badly in humid or damp weather. She looked so stunning with it down on both recent occasions there has to be a good reason that she does not do it more often. On both down occasions she was in a controlled situation 1. her birthday photo's when presumably she could pose for the pictures and all was under control and 2. the second down picture when she was inside and it looked like it had just been wel and truly blow dried. If she has the kind of hair that damp produces "a bad hair day" i. e. frizzy but not frizzy, wavy but untidily wild and standing out sideways from your head instead of behaving with decorum it would explain much. Scraping it back in a low bun ensures that you don't have to worry about it and you can concentrate on your job which she seems to do so well.

    1. I second this! She looks very business-like. I do prefer her hair down though-she looks so lovely!

    2. That's exactly what I think because I have the same type of hair! I wish people would stop talking about her hair so much. In my opinion, ponytail suits her very well because it's both tidy and playful. And it looks even better with big earrings to emphasize the whole look.
Her style was so fresh and interesting before her first pregnancy. I loved the ponytails, lots of jewelery, dresses and heels. But the best accessory is definitely a big and sincere smile.

    5. Yes most likely!! But some hair cosmetics can remedy that. I think she has some money to go for that, but it requires also some time.

I totally agree with your last phrase: she has so much grown into her position.
Love the colours of the dress. Oké, her hair is nicer when not in a bun, but this is a very easy way to look good.

  9. Like the shoes even more with this dress. The pattern of the dress is nice but it would be improved by an even hem of uniform length.

  11. I love her shoes, perfect with this style of dress, the dress is lovely, simple and elegant. This visit would have been a great morale boost for staff. Ambulance officers all over the world need to be recognised for the incredible work they do especially right now, considering the current pandemic, they are remarkable, we couldn't manage without them .
