Gift handmade garden benches were handed to Queen Margrethe

Yesterday, two handmade garden benches made from the ash tree were handed to Queen Margrethe II of Denmark at Fredensborg Castle Garden. The benches are the gift of Fredensborg Municipality to the Queen on the occasion of the Queen's 80th birthday. The garden benches are manufactured locally in Fredensborg by carpenter master Aage Andersen and will in future be placed on Horsedammen road at Fredensborg Castle Garden, which is open to the public in July and early August.

  2. Beautiful craftsmanship.
A style often seen in an English country garden and English public parks.
Please, where can I place an order?

That last photo is absolutely beautiful, and the benches are lovely. Their natural ash colour gives them such focus in a colourful garden. Being the garden fan I am, I wouldn't hesitate to warm them while contemplating the beauty around me in that last photo, lol. I hope that their new location will be just as effective in showing them off.

How lovely and handmade too. Absolutely stunning and fantastic article read. HM Queen Margaret II has a very powerful name from a very powerful and amazing Queen Margaret I. And is beautiful too in that picture.
