Queen Letizia held a video conference from Zarzuela Palace in Madrid with those responsible for Olympia de Las Rozas Women's Football Club to get information about how women's football is coping with the situation caused by COVID-19 and about the solidarity actions they have been taking to help groups that are in worse condition.
The president and founder of the club, Sonia Soria Colino and Vice-president Ana de la Chica, and in addition, sports director and coach participated in the video conference.
Olympia de Las Rozas Women's Football Club is a non profit organization founded in 2015 with the unique objective of promoting women’s sport, and in particular football, at all levels and ages, from children to adults.
