Crown Princess Mary visited Kræftværket Rigshospitalet

On December 18, 2019, Crown Princess Mary visited Kræftværket at Rigshospitalet (National hospital) in Copenhagen. Kræftværket is a meeting place for young people with cancer in the age between 15-29 being treated at the Rigshospitalet. Crown Princess Mary met with some of the young people who take advantage of Kræftværket’s activities. Crown Princess Mary is Patron of the Danish Cancer Society.

  1. I think that Crown Princess Mary was right by keeping her look understated. She was with a younger audience and I'm sure it helped the patients feel more at ease. You could see she wanted the group to know she was one of them. The one critique I have is that she could of accessorized more hip! She is so warm....

      Princess Mary looks so relaxed and normal here. It's hard to believe she was once a commoner. She never has any missteps either in her dress or demeanor. She looks as if she were born to her role. Denmark must be very proud of her.
