| On November 26, 2019, Queen Elizabeth II officially opened the new headquarters of the Royal Philatelic Society, located at Abchurch Lane in London. The Royal Philatelic Society London (RPSL) is the oldest philatelic society in the world. It was founded on April 10, 1869 as The Philatelic Society, London. Such a gracious and beautiful lady. I love her dress, jacket, and, especially, her hat with velvet leaves. Can anyone identify the brooch? It is lovely. She genuinely seems to enjoy these events.
