    5. I would ask the administrator: as far as I can remember there were no rude words in anon 7:27 comment, it just referred to the ripped jeans. Isn't this a blog about fashion and our opinion? Massive protection goes to other royals as well when we write our opinion? For example when Dutchess Catherine is criticised for her weight, queen Maxima and princess Victoria for their hair, pss Sofia for her past, etc. Or this massive defense is only for Meghan? Btw we can absolutely calm down because I am sure they don't read any kind of blog, this comment tsunami is only for us 😁

    6. Actually male baldness is a genetic thing. It is inherited from the mother's side of the family. Diana's father was bald on top, her two sons are taking after her father. Harry is getting bald like his brother.

Actually, male pattern baldness is inherited from mother's genes. So Williams baldness is coming from Diana's side of the family and not Charles's. (And if you notice, Diana's brother, Charles Spencer, still has a head full of hair because he's getting those genes from their mother's side and not from their father who was bald.) Charles, Andrew and Edward are inheriting their baldness from the Queen's side and not from the DoE's side. Interesting how that works. Since Kate's father still has a head full of hair most likely Princes George and Louis will not bald like their father William.

  10. Nice to see Meghan again. The 7th photo of Meghan smiling at Kate who is opposite her in the carriage is lovely. I am realizing how much Meghan resembles Sophie Winkleman, who is married to Frederick of Kent. Meghan's outfit is very conservative in design and color--she does like navy blue. The Queen's suit is a very beautiful subtly-colored fabric and is lovely in close up.

  13. HM is fabulous. Such a busy Queen !
Duchess Camilla looks very classy. This pastell lightgreen is one of her colours. Prince Edward looks like a proud Daddy, Lady Louise has became a real beauty.
Princess Beatrice looks lovely and so does Princess Eugenie and her handsome husband Mr Brooksbank.
All kids of the Cambridges are cute. Louis is looking very similar to George in that age and Charlottee is adorable. The pastell lightyellow is flattering on the Duchess of Cambridge. The Duchess of Sussex gained some weight and nevertheless she looks radiant. It's also nice to see her out and about before she loses all pregnancy weight. Motherhood is absolutely glowing in these photos, it is clearly good for her and Prince Harry. Four weeks ago they had her baby Archie Harrison. I wish them well.

What lovely event. The Family is getting larger and larger so many new members. Everyone looked lovely. Nice to see the latest two, appear on the Balcony too. Jack Brookbanks and Tom Kingston.Sadly we can't see them all side by side. The three children from William and Kate, are so different. George is more shy like William was,Charlotte more outgoing like mom,but little Louis is just pure fun to watch,he is having fun and is not one bit shy. I hope he stay's that way. All the are lovely kids.

In another comment that has been deleted, about Trump and Meghan. Anon said: "Meghan, not met the president on his trip, despite being the only American member of the royal family. but she attended Trooping the Colour after Trump visit. because she not want to see President."

  19. Lovely outfits. My particular favourites are Catherine’s beautiful sunshine yellow, Eugenie’s floral with perfectly matching hat and Autumn Phillips glorious purple. I think it’s great to see the Cambridge children in repeat and hand me down outfits. When children grow so fast it’s such a waste to spend much on their clothes, even if they can well afford to do so. The Phillips and Tindall children seem to be the same.

  21. if we want to have a balanced blog, I suggest that we don't hide behind "anonymous" any longer and take responsibility for what w write down. I think our own common sense should be enough censorship for this to be an interesting place about royal fashion and not slurs - of any kind. Can we not just be decent without anyone policing us? How does one who writes man things about other human being (whom they likely never met, never mind actually known) feel on the inside? What kind of soul does that? Just keep to your innate decency and all will be fine. I don't understand why anonymity gives some the sense of "permission" to be a monster (unless they are otherwise mentally incapacitated). So my point: let's NOT admit any (any) anonymous postings. If anyone has anything to say, thy should be able to stand by their own words. Let's see what kind of dialogue that would prompt.

Back to fashion: everyone looks lovely, indeed. Any so true to themselves in terms of style. I am very glad that their respective styles are so different, the diversity is exciting. Catherine's dress is exquisite and shows Sarah Burton's craftsmanship. It's a slight departure from her previous dresses for the duchess and the colour works so well. It's interesting for me to see that Megan has gone back to her "trusted" navy even for a summer event. True, it's slimming and I know she feels the extra weight, even if it is for all the best reasons (I remember after my first daughter was born, I felt like a balloon). And navy suits her, for sure. I love that she has gone for the more restrained hat (same goes to Autumn - perfect to balance the very bright dress she was wearing). Certainly interesting choice from Beatrice, but also refreshing: nothing wrong with wearing the same dress that another royal has worn before (i highly doubt she "borrowed" it from Sophie).

Since I can remember, these balcony shoots were all about the kids in fact. And this year was no disappointment. What they are dressed in was never the point. Their personalities (or small glimpses into their personalities) are always more fascinating to see. Louis seems to have more of Charlotte's personality than George's (certainly gets more excited by the things surrounding him) and he... loves his papa! How sweet is that (that photo of Louis reaching towards William isn't in this blog, but widely available on all news sites). Not often you see kids in mum's arms reaching for their father. And I certainly appreciate that Catherine has dressed him in a hand-me-down from Harry - excellent choice.

Like other said, Louise is now all gown up (and tall for her age, I think) - so she is getting the young lady outfits - no longer the girly ones (although Sophie hasn't dressed her daughter in too many frills and ruffles even when she was little). I like the hat, I would imagine it's difficult for her to get used to wearing a headgear when girls her age don't.

Alright then. Enough said. Let's make this event just another reason to celebrate diversity - it's a great thing to have!

  22. Liv Alba, I fully agree with you. I think that many of these are the same person writing derogatory comments against the people they dislike, just to stir the pot, and then they answer agreeing with themselves. I am all for freedom of speech, but your freedom ends when you comments are meant to hurt others, when you spread lies, and when you use a platform to judge people that you don't know. This is a private blog, and the moderator uses her own criteria in order to maintain a civilized site, there are many other places in social media where these trolls can express their hate. I applaud Ms. Electra for her class and common sense, and for those that don't want to be ever censured, they can leave anytime.

  24. There's already a lot written down, but I also want to share my opinion, so here I go :-)
For me, Kate is the winner. The soft yellow is very nice on her, a colour we do not often see her with. The coatdress is very nice and well styled with her updo and hat. Her children look sweet and adorable, lovely. I adore the Cambridges, they look so happy, relaxed and down-to-earth and it's nice to see the different personalities of the children. And they're all so good-looking and pretty! (Am I the only one who thought it looked like Louis was pushing his mothers hair out of the way?!, haha!)
I also like to see Meghan 'back in business', the blue colour suits her very well. I do not like her hair so tight pulled back, but the hat is nice.
Beatrice and Autumn both look good too, I really like Beatrice's dress a lot, and that is not usual for me ;-) The colour of Autumn's dress is great.
Sophie and Camilla are nice too. Both green colours look great on them.
And from close sight, I love the soft shades of all the different colours in the coat of the Queen. Nice touch; from far it looks more like grey but it definitely isn't!
