On June 14, 2019, Princess Sofia of Sweden attended Sophiahemmet's graduation ceremony held at Stockholm City Hall. Princess Sofia presented graduation brooches to the nurses who completed their education at Sophiahemmet University. Swedish Princess Sofia is the honorary president of Sophiahemmet.     Oh no!! I was loving this dress on the first few pictures, the color, and the beautiful hair, and then I scrolled down, and saw the too short dress and the not so good looking white shoes, the black clutch.... why Sofia. Why!
    By the way she looks exceptionally pretty lately.

    Don't think this is Sofia's best look---the top is very sloppy and looks as if it could fall off her shoulders at any point and the length is too short. She herself looks as lovely as ever, though.

    Love her hair styled this way. Nice dress but I don’t love her styling of it on this wear. The white shoes and dark blue clutch are off. Would have preferred a metallic or one of the colors in the dress for shoes and bag.

    Cherry and Annie, the length is not too short. Stop with that already, it's 2019. Women can wear what they want and how "short" or "long" something is doesn't mean anything.

      Yes it means something. She should be proud or the charity in her name enough to bring her best when acknowledging the graduates. This outfit is worth a kindergarten class at best.

      @2:47, I don't think that women shouldn't wear short dresses, much to the contrary, I love shorts, and mini dresses , this has nothing to do with being in 2019, it's about fashion, in my humble opinion some outfits look better when they reach mid knee, specially if worn with dress shoes. The way the model styles the dress it's perfectly OK, but I imagine that some people would find it not too "royal" . I personally tend to prefer modern clothing on young women, so once again, not a judgement on appropriateness just a simple fashion observation.

      I am often irritated by all the comments asking for longer dresses or skirts. I agree however that it should be judged on cases by case but according to today's criteria. Here top not fitting so well, but shoes are ok IMV.

      This dress is entirely appropriate. She wore it before. It was fine there too. It is a graduation ceremony. Not a banquet. It is knee length. Nothing wrong with that. It is the same length as a typical suit skirt. She looks good.

    I actually love this dress. It is a repeat. Victoria Day I think. Loved it then and love it now. She has been looking really good lately. Hair and makeup. She has definitely lost all the baby weight. I have definitely seen worse lately. I will take it. Black purse and all. Sofia has
    really been busy these last few weeks. They all have.

    Love this dress! The colors are so vibrant. She has actually worn it before I think with red shoes. She is so pretty. Her hair is just gorgeous.

    This is a fashion blog so we comment on the clothes. Sometimes we may think they look too long, or too short, too tight or too baggy, too dull or too fussy. We don't all agree. Reading other people's views is the fun of it. If we all thought each outfit was perfect, there would be no point.

    For me, the problem is the shoes. To wear a dress of this shorter length, she should be in sandals or espadrilles, not pumps. I also have a personal problem with white dress shoes. I like them on brides and rarely for other occasions. The red shoe she wore the last time was much better. She looks really pretty.

    Oh lovely! Her hair is absolutely perfect and I like the dress and accessories as well. Maybe...maybe she could have chosen something more elegant, but it’s not so bad.

    Nettes Kleid für eine Grill-oder Geburtstagsparty im Grünen. Fürs Kino auch...aber bestimmt nicht für eine Graduation-Ceremony. Das Modell ist zu salopp für so eine Feier, auch zu tief dekolltetiert. 2019 hin oder her. Etikette kennt keine Jahreszahl.

      Ja aber Etikette bedeutet nicht mehr genau dasselbe wie früher. Man kan jetzt ein bisschen mehr entspannt aussehen und trotzdem passend angekleidet sein.

    The bag is not black, it's dark blue. I love her dress but 5 cm longer woul'd be better. Blue shoes or red woul'd be better too. She looks very beautiful and her hair seems to be ready for the evening.

    Hübsches Kleid - aber ist es nicht ein bisschen kurz? Und dann diese Oma-Schuhe - schade. Eigentlich ist Sofia doch eine richtig gutaussehende Frau.

    Ano 4:14 Sophiahemmet is a very old establishment and was founded by Queen Sophia married to Oscar II. It was the first private hospital in Sweden and opened 1889. The nurses still dress in the same uniform as in the 'old days'. Sofia is the honorary president.

    The dress is nice on the pic from 2018, it seemed to be a casual occasion and with the open hair it looked very nice.
    But for this occasion I didn't like it much, it's way to casual, because it's an importnant day for the nurses .

    Love this updo on Princess Sofia!! She looks lovely. She has looked so good lately. Her skin is just luminous. And I love the dress. It isn’t supposed to fit tight. Gorgeous colors.
