The Royal Family visited the Chelsea Flower Show 2019

On May 20, 2019, The Duchess of Cambridge welcomed Her Majesty The Queen to her RHS Chelsea "Back to Nature" Garden. The Duchess of Cambridge introduced The Queen to some of the features of The Duchess's RHS Chelsea garden — which she designed to inspire children, families and communities to get outside and enjoy the huge benefits that nature has on our physical and mental wellbeing. The Duchess of Cambridge's garden this year has been designed along the theme of 'Back to Nature' (The Duchess wore a new floral cotton-silk gown by Erdem).

The queen is the winner here, absolutely amazing colors and style . Countess of Wessex also looks gorgeous in her beautiful green dress and her lovely hair style . Duchess of Cambridge looks good and a little bit busy.

  2. Kate looks gorgeous and appropriate in this Erdem dress and the length and fit around the waist/bodice is so much better on her than on the model. Bravo! Lovely to see all these photos of the garden and HM.

Love Kate and Sophie’s looks. I believe Eugenia has a dress in the same print as Kate’s. Kate’s hairstyle is a nice change from her usual styles. Like Beatrice’s trench not sure about it for the event especially when compared to the other royal ladies’ florals. Wish we saw more of her dress underneath.

Lovely dresses on all the ladies;the garden looks a bit like the creek I have at the bottom of my paddock on the farm;my son loved playing there when he was little.Congrats Kate on a great garden.

  6. Love all the publicity for the garden today and all the input from the Duchess. Unfortunately I think this dress looks like the wincyette nighties that old ladies used to wear--possibly they still do. Queen looks great as does Sophie. If you can find pics, the Duchess of Gloucester was also looking lovely and Princess Alexandra was superb as well.

The pattern of Catherine's dress is too busy for that leafy environment; otherwise, it's very nice.

  8. Kate is wearing a dress by one of my least favorite designers -- ERDEM. I do not understand his appeal and/or popularity. The neckline is dowdy and old fashioned. Even before I realized that this is an ERDEM creation, my first thought when I saw the first photo of Kate in this dress is that her usual superb sense of style took a break when she chose this dress.

I hope they stop wearing Erdem. Their style is hardly ever flattering or interesting.

I am not fashion specialist or what so ever but I just took a look at the dress and thought " wow it has to be Erdem". I am so proud of myself :)

  12. I love Sophie´s look here, she is like English rose at English garden. Catherine´s dress is too busy. Queen looks good. Beatrice has forgot her bath rope and slippers on. Wee how bored William looks at first pics.

    1. In agreement with all of your remarks. Sophie has such a lovely air about her. Catherine, too, would look great in Sophie's dress if she were 10lbs fuller. As it stands now, a strong wind would knock her down. And Wills? Yawn.

    2. Bodyshaming really Pasha wow how classy of you🙄. I bet you wouldn't dare say that to her face anyway since you think hiding behind a screen is alright for you to say vicious things. Also you wouldn't want me or anyone else say something about your weight huh?

Hmmm...I am usually a great fan of all that Katherine wears, but the dress looks a bit dowdy to me, far too old-ladyish.

The RF is out in force today. Nice to see them all. Erdem seems to be a favorite of Dss Kate. Every one else looks good too. But the winner is HM the Queen.
