If only her outfits were much shorter she would look good .

While the wedge sandals are cute, they would be better at a more casual engagement and not with a pink outfit. I think the pink dress looks nice on Sophie and her hair is down, yea! It is styled in such a pretty way.

I do like the pink dress with the cap sleeves very elegant.Hope she did accomplish everything she wanted to do in India.

I do not agree neither with Anon 2:42 nor you..it's perfect, older people should keep up before speaking

    2. Anon 7:06 - how do you know the ages of posters here? And why is there some kind of caveat on what people can say based on their age? Given the contempt in the phrase "older people" are we to gather that you are young? In which case, younger people should keep quiet until they have a little more life experience and bit more awareness of exactly how arrogant they sound...

I am 32 and I do not like too long outfits of Countess of Wessex. Her clothes never fit her body well.

  5. very clever how she has a shawl draped in Indian style; length of dress is very appropriate for India as the ladies' legs are usually covered.

  6. Lovely appearances here - I like both outfits but the pink in particular is pretty. I like the Indian scarves as well.

I don't mind the length of her dresses - I think they are fine, and in this case, that awful word - appropriate - given the generally more modest dress standards of her hosts.
