Crown Princess Mary took a training course at Vordingborg Barracks

On March 5-6, 2019, Danish Crown Princess Mary took a training course of the Danish Home Guard at Vordingborg Barracks in Vordingborg, Denmark. The purpose of that course is to give the Crown Princess and the other course participants educational qualifications for a subsequent appointment to the captain. During the course, The Crown Princess learnt how to manage operational considerations and the preparations of commands. In 2008, The Crown Princess voluntarily joined the Home Guard which supports the Armed Forces, police and emergency services.
