  1. Simple, modest, but also nice and elegant. I like it!
Although I would have preferred black shoes over nude.

Agree. Mary has a very strong sense of style.

  3. Not a fan of the collar. Too strict, to restricting.
I adore the shoes, but they are not the right choice for this season. Her legs look naked somehow.
The dress is lovely, and I like the material and the defined waist. But with grey, white and black already present in the dress, I don´t understand the choice of another neutral colour for shoes and bag. I think some burgundy red accessories would have looked great instead.

Your comments often reminds me of a movie from the US. White shoes after Labor Day:-) Fashion today is more relaxed and open for new things. So, instead of burgundy with grey, why not trying nude?

If in Gala dress or an everyday dress for events, she always looks the part. Lovely Pss.

  6. h, I like this. On paper it would sound deadly dull but it's fresh, smart and businesslike. Like some other comments, I think black or grey shoes would have looked better. Classic and classy look.

The tote highlighted at the end of the post is similar to the one sitting under the chair of another attendee, but Mary is actually carrying a clutch today. (Both bags are gorgeous, aren't they?) Simple as it is, this is one of my favorite day dresses from Mary. I'm glad she continues to re-wear it. I think the nude accessories bring the look together in a more layered and interesting way than black would do.
