The Duchess of Cornwall attended London Fashion Week

On February 19, The Duchess of Cornwall attended London Fashion Week to present the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Design on behalf of The Queen and meet young and upcoming designers. The Duchess presents the Queen Elizabeth II Award for Design, on behalf of The Queen, to designer Bethany Williams. Made out of recycled and organic materials, Bethany Williams’ designs are often in collaboration with charitable organisations. For her latest collection, Williams made clothes from newspaper waste and recycled denim, and worked with Adelaide House, a women’s shelter in Liverpool.

I love this dress and her trademark Necklace. She is a very busy Lady.

I agree with all of the above;the dress is the right style and colour. Duchess of Cornwall able to step in and assist Her Majesty the Queen with her work load.

  5. Gosh -- put some wings on this and give it a black and yellow color scheme, and it would look like a bee costume. Problem is, it looks like a bee costume even without the wings, and in navy and white. Oh well.

Camilla looks radiant indeed. Very happy to see her and Her Majesty recognizing the fashion industry's new sustainability approach.

Her outfit is very elegant and fits just as it should. And I appreciate that it was worn at least 5 times (probably more, but that is what I remember).

I must add that I have a lot of respect for Camilla - perhaps more so than I anticipated I ever will (if I look back a decade or so). She deserves applause for the very hard work and what seems to be a very genuine interest in everything she does.

  12. Nice! A bit more "edgie" than her usual style and it suits her!
