| On January 04, 2019, Queen Sonja of Norway and Crown Prince Haakon of Norway attended the opening of Oslo European Green Capital 2019 at Oslo City Hall. The European Commission gave Oslo the prestigious European Green Capital title for 2019. The European Green City Award is an initiative of the European Commission. One city in Europe is given the title every year since 2010. Awardees are announced 18 months in advance. Factors considered for being a green city involve local transport, biodiversity, air quality, waste management and noise. |

For this event, he wore slightly nicer brown ones... and the same tie he's worn his past three/four outings :)
