On January 17, 2019, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium hosted a New Year reception for the Permanent Representatives on the North Atlantic Council, the members of the International Secretariat and the Military Representatives to North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) officers. The reception was held at the Royal Palace in Brussels.

    Love the colour & fabric of this dress. Disappointed by the asymmetric hem which spoils the whole look imo.

      I liked it until I saw the bottom. It DOES spoil the whole look.
