King Carl Gustaf and the Crown Princess attended Cabinet Meeting

On January 21, Monday, King Carl Gustaf and Crown Princess Victoria attended the cabinet meeting held at the Royal Palace. In Sweden, after the elections, a coalition government established under the prime ministry of Stefan Löfven received a vote of confidence at Sweden's parliament. Speaker of the Riksdag Andreas Norlén presented the new government for the King and thereby the new government has officially taken office. After the cabinet meeting, The King hosted a cabinet lunch in Princess Sibylla's Apartments. The King chairs cabinet meetings, and The Crown Princess also attends when the new Government meets and the formal change of Government takes place.

    Victoria is impeccable. I am impressed by how well her clothes fit--perfectly. And the color is beautiful. Her heels are a neutral but slightly rosy tone, a nice detail.

      ? Did you mean her shoes are the same color as her purse? Because her shoes are definitely not the same color as her dress.

      Here her shoes are the same color as her dress, the other photo, with the pink/beige shoes, is older. Also notice, there is no belt on her dress, like there is in the older photo.

    She looks very good and yes, she HAS A BELT. You can see it in the third picture where she is standing. Just make the picture a little bit larger. The belt is same color as her shoes. Very stylish.

    I had not even noticed the difference between the older photo and the current ones, until commenters began pointing it out! I agree with you -- I think both looks are good, but the ensemble with matching dress, shoes and belt is particularly elegant and beautiful.
