The Earl & Countess of Wessex visited the Sikh Gurdwara in Southall

The Earl and Countess of Wessex visited the Sri Guru Singh Sabha to celebrate their new licensing to offer The Duke of Edinburgh Awards. The Duke of Edinburgh Awards was founded by The Duke of Edinburgh in 1956 and helps young people to develop skills for life and work. The Earl and Countess met people taking part in the DofE Awards at the Gurdwara and found out more about the activities they can take part in to achieve their gold, silver or bronze awards. (Sri Guru Singh Sabha Southall (SGSS) is a Sikh Gurdwara situated in Southall. It is the largest Sikh temple in London).

  1. Countess Sophie looks so pretty! I love her outfit, and her visit and interest seem to be very much appreciated.

  2. Sophie looks stunning, as usual. My favorite British royal. She is at ease and personable, and she has the figure/shape to bring her clothes to life (unlike Catherine- just too thin, and MM- too boxy). Loving her head scarf too. Perfect from top to bottom.

@ pasha kitty: If the basic knowledge like how every person has different skeletal structure, hence body structure and metabolism rate isn't clear to you, I don't think you should make an expert comment on that. Figure doesn't make a person better or worse fashionwise

  6. Pasha, to praise a person of your liking you don't need to put others down, it's unkind. I would be terribly offended if somebody complimented me in that manner. I suppose that you are an adult and understand that people come in all kinds of shapes and colors, none are better than others.
Sophie looks particularly attractive with this color, very nice!!

  8. Nice dress, good colour on her. Sophie is a lovely lady, I really like her.
But the dress seems a bit (too) tight to me, especially the bodice.

  11. Beautiful outfit. What a lovely colour for Sophie. I know it's for religious reasons but the pink scarf looks ridiculous on Edward
