  1. I love these outfits. All women look so beautyful and elegant but with a modern twist.

  2. I kind of feel sorry for Queen Rania in this photo :) There's the group on the left- pretty girl, cute boy, king- and they're touching. Then there's the group on the right- handsome boy, pretty girl- and they're touching. And then poor Rania in the middle with no one holding her hand or wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

I'm not saying there's a problem with the family at all! Just how this funny photo turned out.

They all look stunning though. I love the maxi dress on the right. And if someone could please name the family members for me, thanks!

(someone is totally going to read this and start yelling, "There's nothing wrong with the family! They're fine!!!" completely ignoring everything else i've written.)

    1. LOL! Well at least it sounds like you have a sense of humor about it. I, for one, understand what you're saying. I think the problem lies with whomever "directed" them where and how to sit (the photographer? a royal adviser?). They (all these royal families) try so hard to get it just right that I think they sometimes over think it and it just ends up looking a bit "off." It's tough; if a royal family poses for a family pic and try to look candid it often just looks posed (like with this photo). But if they decide to use a truly candid photo of a special or unguarded moment they get criticized for not using a "real" family photo (see the D & D of Sussex's Christmas card). So, they can't win! I think eventually they will just go back to using a seasonal photo of the main palace or family residence and be done with it. A building can’t be accused of posing or not being genuine, or of being too relaxed, etc. :-D

  4. Another beautiful photo of another beautiful family. A very Happy New Year to all of them too.

(@Anon 6:15, if anyone starts yelling, you deserve it. Why write a negative post and then add caveats? Needless drama where none is necessary. I didn't even notice and it's not worth any bother.)

    1. As the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words..." "Anon 6:15" was simply sharing his/her words. I honestly don't think he/she was trying to create "needless drama" thus the "caveats" - as you say.
