The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the opening of Anzac Memorial

On the 5th day of their Australia tour, The Duke of Sussex and Duchess of Sussex attended the Official opening of ANZAC Memorial at Hyde Park in Sydney, Australia. The Duke and Duchess laid a wreath at the front of the refurbished 1930s Art Deco building. The ANZAC Memorial was created as a place to remember the Great War (1914 – 1918). There are several reflection spaces including the Dome of Stars, Pool of Reflection and the Well of Contemplation. (The Duchess wore an wool crepe dress by New Zealand fashion designer Emilia Wickstead).

  1. I think this dress is nice and appropriate for the occasion. The white one is also nice, i think it would be a good dress to wear during ascots or polo matches.

  2. I officially give up on Meghan! There is simply no hope of seeing any colour on her. I understand she likes being understated but come on how many shades of black, navy blue and white can there be?

  3. Meghan is a beautiful woman. But if you put her clothes together: well fitting, modern and sharp tailoring but no colors. Ok I understand she prefets nude colours but she had such a good hair and skin tone to make colours vibrant!

    1. Totally agree -- she dresses nicely, but is depriving herself of so much by avoiding beautiful colors.

    2. Absolutely agree with you both, though obviously she needed black on this occasion. On the rare occasions she has gone for something bright she's looked amazing. Think of her evening dress on her wedding day or the yellow dress at a garden party. I wonder why she sticks to dull when she looks good in colours.

  5. Meghan surprises me every day with her beautiful outfits. I love her style. The dress, the hat, the shoes ! She is perfect here. I am never going to compare her with Catherine. Different women, different style but in general I admit my preference for Meghan

  6. This black piece from Emilia Wickstead is real beauty. White buttons gives a charming effect. The hat frames M's cute face nicely.
