  1. Wonderful. Simple. Smart move to stick with her own style to avoid comparisons with her sister in law.

    1. Kate style is always the best, hair in place, lovely dress (no over sized dresses and undone buttons!

    2. What sense should any comparison of two women make at all? Why, for example, compare Mary and Marie? Every woman has her own personality.

    3. Why would she not "stick with her own style"? And what does her sister-in-law have to do with what the Duchess of Cambridge wears? Meghan does not rule the show.

    4. What did you want her to wear; ripped jeans, buggy shirts, messy hair!

  4. Very pretty, prim and proper. Outfit could have been elevated with different shoes, maybe dark green or floral, but Kate generally stays within the less is more.

  5. This was my favorite dress from the German visit and I still like it very much. The color is lovey. Her new hair style and color are very flattering. I like the purse, although I normally prefer her clutches, like the read one she wore with this dress before. The Mappin and Webb jewelry is beautiful. She looks relaxed and happy.

  6. Kate looks wonderful. The dress she's wearing is one of her better colors and with her hair cascading down it adds a flourish to her style. The purse is a new accessory instead of the clutch. She also looks well rested which for a Mom of 3 little ones is not an easy task.

  7. Wonderful!
So happy, that she's back in business :-) She looks fantastic!
I like her sense of style a lot and prefer it much more than Meghans, but this is only a personal taste.

  8. She looks absolutly gorgeous: Colour, cut, fabric, everything :-)
(Personally I do not like the bag, but she tried somthing instead of a clutch!)

  9. The dress is very typical for her and looks quite nice. But I think it's not very fashionable. The color is little bit too much.

    2. To me "fashionable" is not a priority requirement. Fitting nicely with own style and personality come on top.

  11. Very nice dress and color. Looking at her and not knowing who she is, one would never guess she has three children. Glad she is back at work.

  13. Un vestido sin mucha pretenciones, de lineas simples pero que no pasa de moda. Un color bastante favorable, gusta el pequeño bolso algo diferente de sus recurridos sobres. Para esta primera salida, Kate ha preferido ir a lo seguro.

  15. So nice to see her back! I really like the change in bag. I think an update was due. I associate clutches with evening events, so this just feels fight.

  18. lovely dress, beautiful in its simplicity. And she is incredibly back to her pre-pregnancy shape, or rather her pre-wedding shape when she was at her thinnest - after a third pregnancy this is absolutely remarkable. But I wonder, is it only me to think that she looks actually tired, dark circles under her eyes - particularly visible in pic 5. Nothing unusual there though - to be expected with 3 little ones - at least she has one common thing to mere mortal women... :-)
