| On June 18, 2018, Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Duchess Camilla of Cornwall, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, Prince Edward, Countess Sophie of Wessex, Prince Andrew, Princess Anne attended the Order of The Garter Service at Windsor Castle in Windsor, England. The Order of the Garter is the senior and oldest British Order of Chivalry, founded by Edward III in 1348. Every June, a grand procession of the knights takes place at Windsor Castle, accompanied by a marching band and Officers of the Order, all in grand ceremonial dress. The Queen is Sovereign of the Order of the Garter. |

ردحذفBoth beautiful outfits. Looks like they coordinated colours. Is it traditional to wear black or white to this event since the Queen has to wear a white dress (part of her ceremonial robes)? I see that the Duchess of Gloucester is in grey as well.
The Queen hard at work again almost everyone in the family is there. Nice to see such dedication. The Dss of Cornwall and Css of Wessex look very nice, Camillas 2 piece outfit must be new very nice contrast. The other Royal Ladies look good too.

Wow, Sophie looks so pretty. Love her hair!! Some may think her dress with horses odd. I love it on her, especially with her love for horses that she shares with the Queen. Colors in the hat complement the dress so nicely. Such a pretty look for her overall.

She is the FACE of the UK.The Dss of Cornwall and the Css of Wessex are very nicely dressed the other Ladies can't be seen that well,I am sure everybody is looking fine.

ردحذفI just love Her Majesty Queen Elisabeth. It is easy to explain, because she has the style, the look and she is always dressed so well. With her coat and hat in the same colour, the glows, the handbag, the pearls and comfortable shoes. LOVELY LADY she is.Hopefully, she will stay with us for many more years.
