  4. Thar flower diadem looks more appropriate for a bridesmaid than for a young lady in her middle thirties.

    1. Princess Madeleine and Chris celebrate their 5th Wedding Anniversary on the same date as the Christening. I think maybe she wanted to look like a bride that day.
      She looks very pretty.

    2. The flower diadem looks ridiculous - she is not a teenage hippiegirl on holiday in Ibiza.

    3. I think it is beautiful. Especially since flowers are popular there this time of year.

  5. Happy 36th Birthday to a beautiful Pss and Mother of 3. The flower reef on her head is a bit much with the Cameo Earrings maybe a bit less would have been more in that instance.

    2. Madeleine's mother Queen Silvia, was imo the most magical of all royalties, when she came to Sweden to marry the king. She was a sensation and the future was promising. It didn't quite happen unfortunately. https://gfx.aftonbladet-cdn.se/image-c/11157693/393/normal/ab792a8c6a66b/19s11-silvia13-637.jpg

  9. I believe the flower crown may be a tradition at Swedish family events. These photos were taken the same day as her baby's baptism.

  10. Very lovely picture of Princess Madeleine. It was probably taken on the same day her youngest daughter was christened and she and Chris O´Neill celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary. I love her dress, very elegant and romantic. Her flower headband..its unusual..but in my opinion fitted the event and her style.

  14. They are all beautiful women. I believe it is terribly wrong to compare Madeline (or any other royal) with Caroline (or any other woman). Their beauty is on the inside first and foremost. There is no reason for us to judge that. This blog is about politely expressing an opinion about the fashion choices of royals and nothing else. I politely suggest we all keep to that and refrain from judging the external appearance.
