  1. J ai hâte de voir leur couronnement. A ce titre, j ose espérer, sans trop d espoir, que leur fille devienne un jour imperatrice de son pays.

I love Masako. Till today it's very hard for an intellectual and independant woman at the Japanese court. When her husband will be emperor I hope he will be able to modernise, this totally archaic institute.

    1. I totally agree with you. Masako gave up so much to join that family and I believe she was reluctant to do so but she has been graceful through it all even with all she has encountered. I wish them the best. They are a lovely couple and seem very much in love.

    2. I think the style of this photo, so much more relaxed than usual Imperial set photo shoots, indicates a future relaxing of Court rules. I do hope so!

  3. Princess Masako looks beautiful in soft pink with her hair tied up. Her husband never looks happier than when he appears beside her. My congratulations to this lovely pair in their wedding anniversary, wishing them many happy returns.

The photos released on the occasion of their 25th Wedding Anniversary are very lovely. Both seem to be a very loving couple.CP Masako is such a lovely Lady with lots of Class and Grace. I hope the IHA will back of some when she is Empress Consort. She was a Diplomat and speaks several languages. The IHA do work for them, not vice versa. So let her be what she is a modern CP in a year The Empress of Japan. For God sake let her breath.

  8. They are both so warmhearted and very much in love. CP Masakos ensemble is nice and casual (as far as the strictly rules are allowing it). She looks really lovely. I wish them all the best for the future!.
