Norwegian royals attended a church service held for the anniversary of the Reformation

Yesterday, King Harald of Norway, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended a church service at Trondheim Nidaros Cathedral (Norwegian: Nidarosdomen / Nidaros Domkirke), held in connection with the 500th anniversary of the Reformation.

I probably shouldn't even think about saying this as I was taken to task last time I did, but here goes: with all respect to Scandinavian customs (my grandmother's family came from the Shetland Islands so I guess I can claim to be part Viking), I don't like seeing a woman wearing national costume when the men do not. Interesting, and admirable, that the principal officiant is a woman - I wonder what Luther would have thought of that.
