India State Visit of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde

King Philippe of Belgium and Queen Mathilde of Belgium will make a state visit to India between the dates of November 5-11, 2017 upon invitation of President of India, Pranab Kumar Mukherjee. The state visit program includes various activities in New Delhi and Mumbai. This morning, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde departed from Brussels Airport to go to India.

      Times, they are a-changing...There is the merest hint of a skirt, in black. But wearing anything mini-mini, in Belgium, in November? Unless things have changed a lot since I left Belgium 61 years ago, it still officially rains 4 days out of 5 there.
