Queen Sonja opened 'The Horses and Their Equipage' exhibition

Yesterday, Queen Sonja of Norway opened "The Royal Stables: The Horses and Their Equipage 1905-1940" exhibition at Art Stable in Oslo. Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Princess Martha Louise attended the opening of the exhibition too. The exhibition shows horse carts of the Palace, some of harnesses and working equipments.

Queen Maud of Norway (1869 - 1938) was greatly interested in horse racing and equestrianism. Three generations later, Princess Martha Louise carries that legacy and actively took part in the opening of the exhibition by sharing her thoughts about equestrianism. (VIDEO)
