Norwegian Royal Family attended the opening of 162nd Norwegian Parliament

This morning, on October 9, 2017, King Harald V. of Norway chaired the opening of Norwegian Parliament (Storting). The commemoration ceremony obeys the tradition specified in 74th article of the constitution. At the opening ceremony, Queen Sonja and Crown Prince Haakon accompanied King Harald.

    1. Every year this question comes and the answer is that it's not tradition in Norway that the crown princess attend. Only Queen, King and heir to the trone. When they take over she will attend.
