Yes, for sure! I like the length of the skirt and the belt finishes it nicely. She looks a bit uncomfortable in that huge hat. Seated at that style show makes me think - you couldn't have a whole row of ladies sitting there with hats that big! The hats on the models would fit Mary better, I think. It looks like a very pleasant day.
Love her outfit, and suits for this event. Mary always looks beautiful.I do worry about her wearing high heels, can't be good for her feet. And lovely to see that she supports the young designers of fashion. Well done.
I think something doesn't work here. Each piece - skirt, blouse and hat - are nice individually but don't quite work together, I think the blouse is the problem as it's like a little girl's school uniform (tiny sleeves, Peter pan collar). The long-sleeved blouse on the model would have worked better. The skirt is lovely.
Very pretty skirt, hat and shoes. The blouse is also pretty, but looks better suited to someone attending a corporate event. A less tailored blouse would have looked so much prettier and more appropriate with the other pieces of this ensemble.
Well put me in the column of loving this look. I love big hats and I think this hat looks wonderful on Mary. I also love floral skirts and with the white blouse it looks very summery! I like the Peter Pan collar on the white blouse as it takes the blouse up a step from a plain white tee-shirt look. Perhaps the collar could have been in the same print as the skirt to sort of make it all link together, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I like the whole look and Mary is just the one who can carry it off.
Looks nice but a bit old fashioned ..but its only my own taste
ReplyDeleteThis is retro style.
DeleteNow this is how you wear a white blouse with a flowered skirt! This is my opinion;)

DeleteNice outfit for a garden event. So different of the outfit Queen Máxima wore last week in a similar event!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Andiata is from Finland and created by my teenage friend Tarja :)
ReplyDeleteWow! Wonderful!
DeleteThis is not the first time she wears Andiata. Nice to see her wear nordic fashion :)
DeleteCongrats to your friend. This is beautiful!
DeleteMary looks great. Love her skirt with white blouse and lovely hat.
ReplyDeleteLadylike but not too formal. Wonderful!

ReplyDeleteAndiatas designer Tarja is my age, 57 :)
DeleteWell Anja, 57 can be young. Young inside your head and your heart!

The skirt is lovely.
All that's missing is the Mary Jane shoes
DeleteLizzie, lol!
DeleteI love this whole outfit! She looks beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely delightful!!!
ReplyDeleteI think she looks, lovely, fresh and elegant, the hat could have been a little smaller, perfect shoes with that outfit.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Heather, I don't care for the blouse, either of the model's tops would look better. The hat is a little too big.
ReplyDeleteI thought maybe one of Maxima's hats had blown all the way to Denmark!
DeleteHa ha ha!
DeleteNothing matches together in style, IMO.

ReplyDeleteLovely outfit except for the hat.
ReplyDeleteAgree with you. Nice all but the hat.
